Hal Brands
Hal Brands is an American columnist and scholar of US foreign policy. He is the Henry A. Kissinger Distinguished Professor of Global Affairs at the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University, as well as a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute.
