Michèle Barrett

Michèle Barrett is an English sociologist, feminist theorist and literary critic. She is an emeritus professor of modern literary and cultural theory at Queen Mary University of London, after starting her academic career at City University, London. She was President of the British Sociological Association and was elected a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences.
