When news broadcasting becomes irreparably compromised, 'The Terror' descends! For decades, The Rulers have been at work, using prisoner and slave labour to construct Underground, believing that all who flee there will trade their freedom and security. Now, 'the truth' is what The Rulers say it is. Yet within this antiseptically evil world, a new revolution is brewing.
