Célia Euvaldo

A major retrospective study of the paintings of Célia (b. 1955, Brazil) , step by step, from her trips from SÀo José dos Campos to Sao Paulo to take drawing lessons until her graduation in Visual Arts in PUC-RJ; from her years in Paris to the development of her art - black or white traces, simply arranged on paper or canvas, in repetitive brushings, from dark to clear, from clear to dark. In her newest productions, Célia Euvaldo shows a subtle white painting, representing a fight between silence and expression.
