The second edition includes techniques developed for several more joints since the first edition in 1986. After discussions of instrumentation, and general techniques and diagnostic arthroscopy, the chapters cover the various joints: carpal, metacarpophalangeal and metatarsophalangeal, femoropatellar and femorotibial, tarsocrural (tibiotarsal), and scapulohumeral (shoulder).
