The Call of God

When I was twenty-nine years of age, I began to encounter God in ways I never had, resulting in being baptized with the Holy Spirit and hearing the call of God. I felt like a kid in the candy shop with the word of God coming alive on the inside of me. I had no idea where this would take me or that it would totally revolutionize my life. I didn't understand the true cost of saying yes to all of this, yet what other answer was there? I had no way to know that this was something I would never be able to do outside of His divine strength and power. I don't mean the power to work miracles, but the power to live this life and not give up. When Jesus really gets involved in your life, He will turn it all around, and that is not always convenient nor understood by others. This call has taken me to many places and given me experiences I never dreamed of having, and I would never have apart from the hand of God being on my life. I planted and pastored a Church which helped people find their God-given identity and brought them into a large place. I've traveled to nations that brought me into the lives of people that altered how I view life. Meeting others in all walks of life across the US and other nations has been an honor I would never expect. I've seen people saved and delivered in the bush of Kenya, the island of Haiti, the coastlands of South Africa, the towns of Belize and the jungles of Peru. I've been honored to minister to people across the US with the Word and Spirit of God. The call of God has truly transformed my life into what I could have never accomplished otherwise. My prayer is that you will be greatly encouraged as you read the words in this book. I pray that you will walk with Him all the days of your life. No matter who He has designed you to be, you will experience His presence and miraculous love in your own life as well as for those to whom He sends you. Live your life in a way that glorifies Jesus no matter who you are.
