Biennial Report to Congress on Improving Industrial Secuirty

This report complies with Section 845 of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2009, which requires the Secretary of Defense to report biennially to the congressional defense committees on expenditures and activities of the Department of Defense in carrying out the requirements of this section.
