Healing Body, Mind & Spirit

Healing is the work of aligning your mind, heart, body, and soul so you may live a full, whole, deeply enriched, and content life with less pain and a lot more joy. Our, modern lifestyles are becoming increasingly more hectic, frantic and chaotic. We seem to put more demands on ourselves and those around us in an effort to accomplish and achieve more. Slowing down actually gives us the resilience to meet the demands of our lives in a more graceful and peaceful way. For most of us, our energy systems and physical bodies carry traumas, untold stories, outdated belief systems, pain, and a shared collective experience which can inhibit the natural flow of healing and our lives. Everything from chronic discomfort or pain, to illness, to anxiety and depression can manifest in the body from unexpressed and unhealed emotional and mental wounds. This book gives you hints that you not only become aware of the core of the problems, but then it provides ways, so you can release the issue, relieve the body, soothe the mind, and free the soul by beginning to truly heal.
