The Dead Boy Detectives are Charles Rowland & Edwin Paine - deceased When the dead bodies of homeless children begin washing up on the banks of the Thames, Charles & Edwin resolve to investigate. As ghosts, only other children can see them - but it doesn't mean they're not in danger.
